Job Description:1. Handle the electrical performance of the new power supply (新世界棋牌开户-新世界棋牌开户,新世界棋牌开户-新世界棋牌开户) during trial run in factory, and work with design team to improve the performance 2. Test the sample and evaluate the electrical performance, raise up the issues and provide the suggestion for improvement 3. Analysis the schematic and work with design team to improve the problematic part 4. Fully support the electrical part during trial run, feedback the issues and work out the solution with designer 5. Failure analysis and verify the root cause to distinguish the design issue or the process issue, and work with designer, test engineer and factory to improve 6. Analysis the test data, verify it relate to design or process issue(test accuracy issue) 7. Release MPE report, cpk report, repair report, trimming report in each build for new product, and work with designer to fix all the electrical issues during trial-produce stage 8. Follow up the rework and verify the availability of improve the performance 9. Organize the training to introduce the electrical part include schematic analysis, special test items and test method, the issues happen in each stage before master production 10. Provide technical support and workflow train for the new engineer 11. Review and optimize the ETR report, to decide if it can enter next build
